Tikisha Michelle, a mother of two, has been an educator and minister for nearly three decades. She has owned a successful music business and is the founder and Executive Director of Education InsideOut, a nonprofit organization. It started as a private school in Texas, transformed into a tutoring service, and now serves as a platform that enables parents and teachers to make a positive and proper impact on children's lives. She is your Parent Empowerment Specialist.

Born on a naval base just outside of Chicago, Tikisha Michelle has built a remarkable career in education and entrepreneurship, shaped by her extensive academic background and diverse teaching experiences. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Alabama State University, which laid the foundation for her passion for nurturing young minds. Furthering her commitment to educational excellence, she obtained a master’s degree in education administration and Supervision from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. These qualifications have fueled her dedication to improving educational systems and fostering academic growth.

Throughout her career, Tikisha Michelle has taught in various locations, including Montgomery, Alabama, Little Rock, Arkansas, several school systems in Texas, and the coastal region of North Carolina. Each of these diverse environments has enriched her teaching methods and broadened her understanding of different educational needs and community dynamics. Her adaptability and commitment to education have made her a valued educator and mentor in every community she has served.

In addition to her teaching career, Tikisha Michelle is a successful entrepreneur. She is the owner of Star-Studded Voices Music and Management and the Founder/Executive Director of Education InsideOut. Through these ventures, she has managed musical talents and promotes educational initiatives that aim to transform the lives of students and educators alike. Despite the challenges of raising two children as a teen and single parent, and for 18 years as a married woman, she has demonstrated resilience and determination. Her journey is a testament to her unwavering dedication to her family, her students, and her entrepreneurial pursuits.
